Top Level Domain Request Form 1 of 2

Concepts

The namespace on this resolver is divided into numerous top-level domains, of which /NET/ is the default public area in which any registered user of this PURL resolver can create PURLs, partial redirects, and subdomains. If these terms are unfamiliar to you, please read about them in the PURL FAQ before you request a top level domain.

You may request the creation of a top level domain as a private namespace under your control, although any registered user can create a subdomain (also a privately controlled namespace) under the top level domain /NET/. Before requesting a top level domain, please read about top level domains, subdomains, and partial redirects in the PURL FAQ.
