Abstract
The PFARM code is part of a suite of R-matrix programs that calculate electron-molecule, electron-atom and electron-ion collisions data. The code has been designed to exploit the performance of both serial and parallel highly optimized dense linear algebra routines on a wide range of high-performance computing architectures. This paper presents performance results from a new implementation of the code designed to exploit the high parallelism and performance of the Intel Xeon Phi.
