abstract = {The present paper represents the second contribution in the Genera of Phytopathogenic Fungi (GOPHY) series, in which a morphological description and information about pathology, distribution, hosts and disease symptoms are provided for each phytopathogenic genus treated, as well as primary and secondary DNA barcodes of the presently accepted species. This second paper focuses on 20 genera of phytopathogenic fungi: Allantophomopsiella, Apoharknessia, Cylindrocladiella, Diaporthe, Dichotomophthora, Gaeumannomyces, Harknessia, Huntiella, Macgarvieomyces, Metulocladosporiella, Microdochium, Oculimacula, Paraphoma, Phaeoacremonium, Phyllosticta, Proxypiricularia, Pyricularia, Stenocarpella, Utrechtiana and Wojnowiciellas. Moreover, this study includes one new genus, 20 new species, five new combinations, and six typifications of older names.
Key words: DNA barcodes, fungal systematics, 27 new taxa, six new typifications
Taxonomic novelties: New genera: Pyriculariomyces Y. Mar?n, M.J. Wingf. & Crous; New species: Apoharknessia eucalypti Crous & M.J. Wingf., Cylindrocladiella addiensis L.
