Paper ballots, hand counted, at precincts, in public, NOW!
San Diego uses Diebold voting machine systems that can be hacked. The city has recently formed an Elections Task Force. We need public pressure to force the Force to address the issue of Ballot Tabulation. If we cannot know how our votes are counted and that they are counted accurately, there's really no point in having elections. We could just as easily save all that money and let the Diebold corporation select the winners, since they seem to be doing that anyway.
